This ruggedly designed low-voltage underwater fixture is constructed of injection-molded, fiber-reinforced composite for strength and high UV stability and is warranted for ten years against corrosion. A silicone o-ring gasket is fitted to the housing to ensure a superior water-tight seal. A prismatic, high-impact, polycarbonate lens safeguards the lamp and optics and includes a removable mirror-finish reflector to block vertical light, providing a wider horizontal spread. The 4217 is shipped with a standard 10W T3 lamp, unless otherwise specified. The housing base is internally weighted for stable placement underwater.
