How to start a return, what is eligible, restocking, and how and when refunds are issued.
Return Policy
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
What you can return
- The item must be new, unused, resellable, and in its original packaging.
- Request an RMA and wait for approval before you ship anything back.
- You pay all return shipping. We do not provide a return shipping label.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, the refund goes to the original payment method.
Defective items
Defective items are not a return through us. They are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item, return it and place a new order.
